Presidential Flight Terminal Refurbishment

This fast-track refurbishment project, awarded by the Ministry of Presidential Affairs, involved developing the design based on the approved interior concept by renowned architect Lina Ghotmeh in France. ALEC FITOUT collaborated with Aurecon Zutari as the Architect of Record, overseeing architecture, fire life safety, MEP, structural, lighting, and acoustics. Our in-house technical design team meticulously transformed the interior concept into a detailed IFC package, covering 6,000m2. The project boasts exceptional finishing, highlighted by the extensive use of marble, GRG, and acoustic plaster, crucial for maintaining optimal acoustic conditions in the expansive rooms and reception areas.
