United Nations – Africa Hall Refurbishment

The historic Africa Hall is one of Addis Ababa's landmarks. Inaugurated in 1961 by H.I.M. Emperor Haile Selassie, Africa Hall has been hosting numerous meetings and African Heads of State’s decisions, among which was the adoption of the Charter of the Organization of African Unity (OAU). ALEC FITOUT has recently been awarded the refurbishment and renovation of this iconic building. Scope includes demolition, MEP, fit out, FF&E as well as heritage works. The project is our 4^th major refurbishment and renovation contract in Ethiopia having previously completed Prime Minister Office Refurbishment, Unity Park Tourist Attraction as well as Mayor of Addis and Civic Administration compound renovation.
