In his role as Operations Procurement Manager with ALEC FITOUT since 2013, Ahmed has been responsible for managing around a billion dirhams of procurement across various fit out packages, trades and FF&E locally and overseas. He has been active in the Fit-Out construction industry for almost two decades in the UAE, holding a variety of senior positions.

Among his top priorities is developing, implementing, and improving processes &strategies to streamline the sourcing and procurement process, maintain supplier relationships, negotiate prices with suppliers, identify and develop new supply sources as needed, and pro-actively identify potential suppliers in the future.
