We are very proud of the extensive design & build renovation and refurbishment of the City of Addis Mayor Office and administration compound in collaboration with altavia.odg and RED Engineering Design.
The building and compound were originally built over 50 years ago and had fallen into complete disrepair with abandoned office areas. The design and full refurbishment delivered by our team included heritage re-use of key original features as well as ensuring a modern, bright, functional office space which includes for Mayor VIP office, staff offices, library, theatre, ministerial meeting rooms as well as F&B areas.
